Titans sign Fisher to extension through 2011

AP reports the Titans signed coach Jeff Fisher to a contract extension through 2011.

Great move. The deal is worth between $5.5 and $6 million - far less than Fisher could earn as a free agent. Despite being consistently undermanned because of a poor front office, Fisher gets his Titans to play hard each week as well as any coach in the NFL. Sep. 17 - 9:31 am et
